RidgeGate homes are located in the coastal community of La Jolla.  RidgeGate is one of the newer communities in La Jolla with homes built in between 1996 – 2000 and feature beautiful homes in the Soledad South area of La Jolla.  This is a gated neighborhood with a community that offer many association amenities. The RidgeGate community has low homeowners association dues which average $300.00 a month and includes the guard gated entrance, use of 3 recreational park areas which features a community clubhouse, pool, basketball, children’s play and picnic area.
